Hadziahmetovic came through Zeljeznicar's academy and debuted at 17 before a 2016 move to Turkey's Konyaspor, where he spent seven seasons and won a Turkish Cup and Super Cup. He joined Besiktas in 2023, lifting another Turkish Cup, and is currently on loan at Hull City in the Championship. The disciplined defensive midfielder is an experienced presence for Bosnia in 2026.
