Koni De Winter began at City Pirates Antwerp and moved through Lierse and Zulte Waregem before joining Juventus in 2018, becoming the first Belgian ever to play for the Turin club. After loans and a permanent move to Genoa, where he established himself in Serie A, he signed for AC Milan in 2025.
