El-Mahdy Soliman is one of Egyptian football's great journeymen goalkeepers, having spent a long career criss-crossing the Premier League with ENPPI, Arab Contractors, Petrojet, Ghazl El-Mahalla, Smouha, Pyramids and Al Ittihad Alexandria before Zamalek signed him as a veteran in 2025.
