Born in Palmerston North to a German father and Chinese mother, Elijah Just came through the Ole Academy and Western Suburbs before moving to Denmark with Helsingor and Horsens, with a productive loan in Austria. He signed for Scottish Premiership side Motherwell in 2025 and enjoyed his most productive league season yet, even earning a place on the PFA Scotland Player of the Year shortlist. A direct, goal-getting winger, he is one of New Zealand's most dangerous attackers.
