Born in the Netherlands, Laros Duarte came through Sparta Rotterdam and then PSV's setup before building his career in the Eredivisie and, since 2024, with Hungary's Puskas Akademia, where he also plays in the Conference League. A midfielder, he is the older brother of teammate Deroy Duarte and part of Cape Verde's historic debut World Cup squad.
