Born in Dakar, El Hadji Malick Diouf started at local academies before moving to Norway with Tromso, then exploded at Slavia Prague, scoring seven league goals as an attacking wing-back and winning the Czech title. West Ham signed him for around 19 million pounds in 2025. A marauding left-back enjoying his first full Premier League campaign, he is one of Senegal's most exciting young defenders at the 2026 World Cup.
